The purchaser has a period of 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to proceed to request a change of some other item or the refund of the full amount paid.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item and receive a refund of your purchase or exchange for another product.

Please follow the following steps in order to successfully complete the return or refund procedure:
- The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the return address (see below).
- We suggest that you ship returns using a Postal Service with recorded delivery (Registered, insured, or signature required is optional) or a traceable carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.
- The cost of returning the goods will be your full responsibility.
- All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.
- It Covers accepts no liability for lost parcels. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our office.
- All postage costs are non-refundable.
- Always retain proof of postage.
- You may email us with the specific items you would like for an exchange so we can place them on hold for you as items can sell out prior to receiving your return package.
- Please choose “Exchange” on the return invoice.
- You are responsible for return postage. We will ship the exchange items, and any additional items you would like, free of charge.
- After 15 working days since you receive the package, the product is not eligible for return or credit.
- Returns received after 30 working days will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the items you return.
- We will offer you a full refund (excluding any postal and packing charges) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
- The refund will take place once we receive the returned item/s back.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- Please keep a copy of the returning invoice.
- After 30 working days, the product is not eligible for return or credit.
4. CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We do not deliver to your area.
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
